Dear Visitor,

If you're viewing this page it's probably because you were on the magicJack forums and saw a conversation about disgruntled magicJack customers talking about a new competing device called "hunk of crap", and available at "hunk of crap.com". Being naturally curious, you clicked the link or typed in the domain and now you're here.

Here's the story: the "hunk of crap" they're referring to is actually the netTALK TK6000, a VOIP device and phone service that's superior to magicJack in a number of ways, most specifically call quality, customer service, and a built-in ethernet port so you don't have to plug the device into your computer, for about the same price as magicJack's own device and service over time. Of course it does also have a USB port so you can plug it into your computer if you want to.

Apparently the folks at magicJack feel threatened by the existence of the netTALK TK6000 and are filtering the name out of their forum, most likely out of fear that more customers will drop their magicJack service for the TK6000. While childish, admittedly it is amusing at some level.

Anyway - check out the netTALK TK6000 at www.nettalk.com. Thanks for visiting!
